This line is the equipment specially used in the washing, filling,capping of 3 Liter-10 Liter big bottle for pure water and mineral water. The peoduction line has introduced European advanced mature technology and and has the advantages of high automation, well adaptability, convienient operation, fine safety performance ect. The advanced level takes the leading position in this filed domestically. The production line is composed of linear type washing machine, full automatic linear filling machine and linear type automatic capping machine.This equipment is suitable for various shapes of bottles.      三加侖桶裝飲用水生產線采用AC380V/50HZ交流電源，PLC可編程控制器控制系統(tǒng)，通過高清晰觸摸屏編輯程序自動運行，動力傳動采用減速電機與氣動控制系統(tǒng)，性能可靠、操作簡便、維護簡單的。整個洗瓶、灌裝、套蓋和壓蓋全過程均在封閉隧道內進行，有效地防止純凈水在灌裝過程中可能發(fā)生的二次污染，*符合衛(wèi)生標準。

     三加侖桶裝飲用水生產線機體全部采用優(yōu)質不銹鋼材料，其它部分也均采用無毒、耐用的組合材料，電氣、氣動系統(tǒng)采用進口元件，因此設備故障率低，可靠性高。
