暖貼暖寶寶包裝機用途：該機適用于醫藥，食品，日化等行業中的松散狀，無粘結性顆粒狀物料并有計量要求的中小袋自動包裝，如沖劑，麥片，咖啡，結晶狀物料（味精，白糖，食鹽等），細小丸物料（中成藥，干燥劑等，更適合包裝各式暖包暖袋的發熱材料（鐵粉，食鹽，炭粉，高分子化合物等的混合物），產品如：暖包，暖袋，暖貼，暖寶寶，取暖貼，發熱貼，熱貼，發熱包，暖足貼，暖手袋等。

5. 充填計量精確。針對鐵粉，保水劑等細顆粒混合物料，專門設計推拉工下料機構，并配以圓筒形量杯計量，更換方便。
6. 各執行機構采用伺服電機與機械傳動相結合，包裝袋成成形滾切過程中通過PLC控制，能使各執行機構能精確自動同步定位。
7. 雙膜卷自動送膜并調有走膜恒力張緊機構。為保證包裝袋形平整美觀，根據不同膜卷伸縮率不同的特點，特增設了走膜定值插補功能。本機還具有自動計數功能。
8. 整機采用PLC控制，性能可能，操作方便，自動控制程度高。
9. 對包材適應性強，本機溫度具有自動控制功能，具控制精度高（±1℃左右）。可適應國內外生產的多種包裝薄膜，如PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE等。
10. 可適當增設附加功能，如袋切斷可選配各式異形刀，虛線刀，平刀等。根據物料灌裝性能需要可可配增下料嘴升降機構，下料振動機構及選配各種報警要求等。

6. Each actuating mechanism adopts servo motor together with mechanism driving, sachet forming and forming cutting is controlled by PLC. It makes each function in phase positioning precisely and automatic.
7. Two film automatic sending film, and with film sending constant force tensioning mechanism. To ensure packing smoothly and beautiful, we designed with film sending fixed value interpolation function according to different magnification ratio of different films. Machine automatic counting.
