氣動低溫調節閥,由氣動薄膜執行器及低溫調節閥閥體組成,多彈簧執行機構高度低、重量輕、裝備簡便。氣動薄膜低溫調節閥閥體流道呈S流線型。氣動低溫調節閥具有結構緊湊、重量輕、動作靈敏、壓降損失小、閥容量大、流量特性精確、維護方便等優點,適合于低于0~-250℃狀態下工作,由氣動薄膜執行機構和帶長頸接管的閥體組成,長頸接管的作用是使閥桿密封出接近常溫下工作,并減少外界熱能傳入。為減少傳遞,長頸采用薄壁結構。氣動低溫調節閥是大型低溫設備中較常用的設備,作為低溫控制系統中重要的執行機構,其特性直接影響到控制過程的穩定性、快速性和準確性。
Pneumatic cryogenic control valve is composed of pneumatic membrane actuator and cryogenic control valve body. The multi-spring actuator has low height, light weight and simple equipment. The flow path of the valve body of the pneumatic film cryogenic control valve is S-streamlined. Pneumatic cryogenic control valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for working under 0-250 C. It is composed of pneumatic thin film actuator and valve body with long neck nozzle. The function of long neck nozzle is to make the valve stem seal out and connect. It works at near room temperature and reduces the heat input from outside. In order to reduce transmission, thin-walled structure is used for long neck. Pneumatic cryogenic control valve is the most commonly used equipment in large cryogenic equipment. As the most important actuator in cryogenic control system, its characteristics directly affect the stability, rapidity and accuracy of the control process.

氣動低溫調節閥由氣動薄膜執行機構和耐低溫的單、雙座閥兩部分組成。
由調節器來的信號壓力輸入氣動薄膜執行機構的氣室,產生推力,通過
連接桿件帶動閥芯,閥芯位置的變化使閥的流通截面積變化,實現對介質
流量的調節。
【進口氣動低溫調節閥】安裝說明:
1應垂直安裝于水平管道上,在特殊情況下需要水平或傾斜安裝時,一般應加支撐。裝于保溫箱壁的園板與保溫箱壁應平行。
2、應安裝在靠近地面或樓板的地方,以便在于維護檢修,對裝有閥門定位器或手輪機構者,更應保證觀察,調整和操作和方便。
3、一般都設置旁通管路,以便在自控系統發生故障或維修調節閥時切換到手動操作,不致于停止生產。
4、裝有手輪機構時,也可省略旁通管路時行手動操作,還可用于限制閥門的開度。當停止使用時,手輪機構必須恢復到原來空檔位置,以利自控系統正常進行。
5、安裝時,應使介質流向與閥體指示方向*。
6、調節閥在安裝前應對管路清洗污物、焊渣。安裝后,使調節閥全開,對管路,閥門等進行清洗及試驗各連接處的密封性。
